Hi there!

Established in 2018, my passion for sweet treats, craft cocktails, and years of experience in the hospitality industry inspired me to create this unique dessert experience. 
 

Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, organising everything from weddings and wedding fayres to birthday parties and corporate events, My favourite aspect has always been making people happy by serving delicious food and drinks.

 

This unique concept was born from a Friday night thought brought to reality. One night as I  was sitting at home drinking my Margarita, I thought; ‘I bet a cupcake version of this would be amazing!’

Then, after weeks of trial and error, I finally cracked the recipe and baked my first Margarita cocktail cupcake. It tasted exactly how I wanted it to, and it wasn't long before I began to think about all of the other boozy desserts I could create.

 

In 2024, after a short business break, I moved Tipsy Bakes from Yorkshire, across the Pennines, to Didsbury in Manchester. The rest is history. What started as a hobby grew into my very own business and  here I am with a whole menu of delicious tipsy treats including cocktail cupcakes, cheesecakes, and brownies.
